Information on the processing of personal data
The owner of the website and the administrator of personal data is Radosław Śliżewski running a business under the name: Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Radosław Śliżewski, ul. Fryderyka Chopina 17/2, 20-023 Lublin, hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider. The service provider provides and manages the services available on the website. Information on the principles of data processing provided pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, hereinafter: “GDPR”:
Website Users
The basis for the processing of personal data of users who contact the Service Provider is the voluntarily expressed consent, through conscious action, which is contact by phone or e-mail (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR). Processing takes place for the purpose of contact, including presenting an offer for services, at the user’s request.
As part of the website, automatic data is collected, e.g. information about location, page views and time spent on individual pages. Information collected automatically is collected via cookies. These are statistical data that do not allow the identification of users.
In connection with the processing of personal data, the user has the following rights:

– the right to request rectification of personal data,
– the right to request the deletion of personal data,

on the terms set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR.

The user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, without affecting the processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn.

The data may be made available to entities ensuring the proper operation of the website.

The service provider will process the personal data of users who contact him regarding the possibility of providing services until the end of contact and the expiry of any claims.

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection regarding the manner of data processing by the Administrator.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary in connection with contact with the Service Provider.

Clients of the office
Purposes of personal data processing and the legal basis for processing:
art. 6 sec. 1 point a GDPR, data necessary to use the Website on the terms set out in par. 5 contract of mandate,
art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the customer is a party or to take steps prior to entering into a contract
art. 6 section 1 point c of GDPR, data necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator,
art. 9 (2) (f) of the GDPR, data necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of claims or in the administration of justice by courts.

Personal data will be stored until the end of the contract or withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, and then for the period specified in applicable law in connection with the administrator’s obligations in the field of archiving documents and tax settlements.

The data controller entrusted the data in connection with the correct performance of the contract of mandate to entities providing e-mail technical support, entities providing postal and courier services, as well as to an accounting office, and, if it is necessary to issue a medical opinion, to a doctor authorized to issue the relevant opinion. in connection with handling matters, the administrator entrusted the data to the owner of the Website: Sprawy Sp. z o. o. (ul. św. Jana 10, 40-012 Katowice), as well as entities ensuring the correct operation of the Spraw24.pl website, which have been entrusted with data for this purpose.

In connection with the processing of personal data, the customer has the following rights:

Each client has the right to lodge a complaint about the manner of data processing by the administrator to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Changes to the privacy policy
The Service Provider reserves the right to update the privacy policy.
